For example: Michelle from Kilkenny got married in 2014. She booked a band who offered a DJ as a addon. On the night the band was great but then one of the band members became the DJ for the night. He never spoke over the mike and only played the music that he had prepared on his lap top. The evening finished at exactly 2am with no warning by just playing the national anthem and just packed up and left. I was at a wedding this February where DJOK played after the band. It was the opposite to what I had paid big money for. For a start he introduced himself to the crowd and then went on to play a good mixture of music from old to new. At one stage I was dancing to Elvis and then 5 minutes later I was doing my verson of Up Town Funk. For the end of the evening he got all the guests left in the room up on the dance floor and sent the bride and groom off in style. I was so impressed that I went up to talk to the DJ where I met Oisin and told him my story. He wasnt suprised as this is quite common. I would like to tell all bride&grooms not to be taken in by the convience of 1 payment to a band for the entertainment because it will ruin your night. Pay the extra bit and get a experienced DJ that knows what he is doing to finish off your special day. I highly recomend Ace DJ and DJOK
